Mrs. Agnes Bize, 85, of Marksville, Louisiana, passed away, Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at University Health in Shreveport, LA. Funeral Services will be Friday, April 27, 2018 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul Baptist Church in Marksville, LA. Visitation will begin on Friday at 10:00 AM and continue until the start of service. Interment will be in St. Paul Church Cemetery in Marksville, La.  Agnes Gonzales Bize was born November 3, 1932 to Houston Gonzales and Julia Baker in Marksville, Louisiana. She accepted Christ as an early age and remained true to her religion until the time of her death.  She was a faithful member of Saint Paul for over 80 years.  She is the Mother of the Church and held the position of Usher. Agnes loved the Lord and patterned her life after His Holy Word.  Agnes was joined in Holy Matrimony to Godfrey Bize. and to this union eight children were born.  She raised these children as she lived.  Agnes worked at JOAN OF ARC Canning Plant for about 15 years.  She was a joy to all she met  and she was greatly loved by all she knew.  She never met a stranger.  She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Godfrey Bize and two sons, Godfrey Bize, Jr. and Lionel Bize.  Those left to cherish her loving memory are three daughters, Mable Dixon (John) of Desota, TX, Sharron Greenhouse (Lennox) of Goodyear, AZ, and Jenny Williams of Alexandria; three sons, Bobby Bize(Gwendolyn) of Goodyear, AZ,  Larry Bize (Michele) of Bossier City, LA and Tony Bize (Michelle MArie) of Dallas, TX; one brother, Alfred Gonzales of Olathe, KS; one sister, Bertha Ford of Marksville, LA ;14 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
