Funeral Services will be held for Mr. Archie L .Carter at Winnfield Funeral Home Chapel of Alexandria, La. on February 18, 2023. Visitation will begin at 9am;and the Funeral Services will be directly following the visitation at 11am. please keep the Carter family in your prayers. Winnfield Funeral Home of Alexandria is in charge of arrangements.
