Bernard Bowman, Sr., 87 of Alexandria, Louisiana passed away, July 17, 2020 at Rapides Regional Hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana. Graveside services are scheduled for Friday, July 24, 2020 at 11:00 am at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Alexandria. Visitation will be on Friday from 9:00 am-10:30 am at the Funeral Home. Mr. Bowman is preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Lee Bowman; children Debra Deloris Bowman, Diane Bowman, Bernard Bowman Jr. and Odell and Ruby Nell Bowman (twins). Survivors include his daughter In-Law, Gwendolyn Perry Bowman; grandchildren, Jacquelyn (Albert) Denise Norfar, Ashley Nicole Bowman and Jacqueita (Derrick) Lynn Bowman-Farrell, great grandchildren Dylan Jones, Jada De'Shanti Farrell, Devin Javaris Farrell; step-grandchildren, Javon J. Green and Isaiah J. Green; step great grandchildren, Zaylan Green, Zachary Green, Kendra Johnson and Haven Green; other family members, and the Oakland Baptist Church Family.
