Homegoing Services for Mrs. Cora Jackson will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Church of Christ located at 1856 Jackson St, Alexandria, La. Visitation will be held Saturday, January 5, 2019 from 10:00 am until start of service at the church. Interment will be at the James Hill Cemetery #1 in Boyce, Louisiana. Mrs. Jackson passed away December 28, 2018 at the age of 91. She leaves to cherish beautiful memories 8 children, Diane M. Johnson, Carolyn Sue Thompson (Reginald), Jacqueline Precious Morris, Deborah G. Adams, Freda M. Morris, Connie N. Morris Mccullar (LC), Melvin J. Morris and Evelyn D. Morris; 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; 1 sister, Cecial Washington; 2 brothers, Joe Johnson, Jr. and Johnny Ray Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
