Mr. Frank Moses, 59 of Alexandria, Louisiana passed away on Friday, October 16, 2020 at Rapides Regional Medical Center. Dismissal Service will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2020 at 2:00pm at Winnfield Funeral Home of Alexandria. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm and continue until start of Service. Mr. Moses served in the United States Army for 5 years. Mr. Moses is preceded in death by his parents, Atlas and Cora Rachal Moses; and his siblings Atlas Moses, Jr., John A. Moses and Odell Moses. Survivors include one daughter, Cheleta Rhodes; one son, Sterling Moses; and siblings McKinley Moses, Frankie Lee Hoover, Velmer Lee Moses, Bobbie Johnson, Don Moses and Henretta Moses; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
