Ms. Gerardette Johnson, 60 of Alexandria, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2019. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 am Friday, December 6, 2019 in the Ben D. Johnson Memorial Chapel of Winnfield Funeral Home of Alexandria. Visitation will begin at 9:00 am on Friday and continue until the start of service. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Alexandria, Louisiana. Ms. Johnson was born to the union of Will Johnson and Jessie Bell Johnson, on July 20, 1959. Ms. Johnson is survived by one son, Lester Radford, Jr.; two daughters, Sabrina Radford-Anderson (Isaac) and Valerie Green (Warren); six grandchildren, Jazmyne, Erica, Jordan, Eric, Mileayah and Isaac, Jr.; four sisters, Carolyn Howard, Sandra Ward, Brenda Johnson and Vickie Bates (Aaron); two brothers, William Johnson, Jr. (Casey), and Kenneth Johnson (Linda) and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
