Mr. Joe Bell, 63, of Alexandria, Louisiana passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at St. Frances CABRINI Hospital. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 20, 2021 beginning at 11 am at Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 410 Solomon Street, Alexandria, Louisiana. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 19, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Winnfield Funeral Home of Alexandria and continue Thursday, May 20, 2021 beginning at 9:30 am until the start of service at the church. Interment will be immediately following at Garden of Memories, Alexandria, Louisiana. Mr. Bell is survived by his last surviving sibling, Frank 'PeeWee' Bell, Jr.; his niece, who took care of him and his affairs, La'Keitha C. Bell; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, his Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church family, his nursing home family and numerous prayer partners.
