Mrs. OC Burns, formerly of Alexandria,  passed away January 28, 2019 at the age of 89 in San Antonio, Texas. Mrs. Burns was born June 3, 1929 on Lil Eva Plantation in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana.  She was one of ten children born to Steve and Alberta Antoine Fradiue.   Mrs. Burns moved to Alexandria, Louisiana at an early age where she met and married the love of her life, Mr. Eroy Burns, Sr. They were married 57 years before his death in 1995.  Mrs. Burns was a member of Annadale Baptist Church where she served as a faithful steward. She is preceded in death by her husband, her parents and eight siblings. Mrs. Burns leaves to cherish her beautiful memories, one son, Eroy Burns, Jr. and daughter-in-law Arenda Carol Myers Burns of San Antonio, Texas; three grandsons, Jaylon, Jordan and Joshua Burns of San Antonio, Texas; one sister, Ollie Gillian of Portland, Oregon; one niece, Geneva Jones of San Francisco, California; three nephews Leodies Fradiue of Alexandria, Louisiana, Claude Fradiue of Fresno, California, James Smith of Minnesota and a host of other relatives and friends.
